There are many ways you can help yourself, most of all are FREE and already around you. – Maybe you just need to look to find them.

Getting yourself out of the town or City where you live or work is often nice be with yourself in nature, look around for things that have been there that you may have not noticed before, if safe to do so remove your shoes and stand on the ground itself, basically grounding yourself with nature.

Go for a walk, ask your best friend to go with you, you might even be surprised what you find when out and about, maybe theres a new view you have not seen before or a small pub or maybe a coffee shop you could go in and have a rest. take your time. Dont over do it tho just one step at a time.

Start a new hobby, this might be photography, knitting, colouring in, pottery, yoga and so on.
