United Kingdom
If you are in a crisis, please dial 111 and select option 2, if you or someone is in immediate danger please dial 999
Another optiion would be for you to be taken to the nearest hospital for immediate assesment.
United States of America
If you need urgent support, please present yourself to the nearest hospital for assesment, ideally ask someone to take you there, if the patient is violent please call 911 and ask for the police or medical.
Canada
If its an emergency please contact the emergency services in your area or ask someone to take you to the nearest hospital for assesment, if you have harmed yourself please dial for an emergency ambulance.
Everywhere Else
Pleasde contact your medical healthcare team during opening hours, visit your nearest hospital or call for the emergency services.
